Our Shipping Policy is that all Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or “best way” motor freight, as specified by SRS. Online freight quote is an estimate only and does not include any applicable taxes.
According to our shipping policy, orders can be shipped collect or third-party billing if you provide us with instructions and your account number. Calculated freight charges will then be deducted from your order.
Also, many items are stocked and available for immediate shipment. Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of order acceptance. Stocked items requiring assembly usually ship within 3-5 business days of order acceptance. In addition, delivery of non-stocked items, longer lead assemblies, and back-ordered items are confirmed via email.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We currently offer several shipping options that vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. The delivery time may also differ based on the shipping option you choose. Below are the shipping options available:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

Order Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we strive to process orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. However, order processing time may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Policy on Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Finally, Please contact us to confirm same-day or expedited shipments. Please Note that our Shipping Policy states that, “Next Day Shipping” orders must be received by 2 pm EST in order for you to receive your purchase by the next business day.
If you prefer your own account used, we must receive that as early as possible to organize the shipping documentation. Shipping companies frequently used are UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Canadian Postal Service.
F.O.B. is at the Point of Shipment. Orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified.
